8th grade Finale
April 25, 6-9pm
All incoming freshman (current 8th graders) are invited to our 8th grade finale. This is a final sendoff event where we will celebrate your 8th graders and give them a final push into the high school ministry. We will go bowling at the CU bowling center (the connection) and will enjoy dinner together. Sign up!

6:8 PROJECT FOOD DRIVE: A Family Service Opportunity
Calvary will be collecting food for EFAA from April 13- May 4. If you’d like a fun way to connect with your neighbors and support the Food Drive, please consider going door-to-door in your neighborhood asking for donations of shelf stable foods, and invite your neighbors to the Meal Packing event taking place May 2, 3 & 4. Calvary's Annual Business Meeting
April 28, 7pm - Erie Campus
Members of Calvary Bible Church, join us for the Annual Business Meeting. Members will hear ministry updates and will vote to affirm three items: the approval of minutes from the 2024 Annual Meeting, the slate of Elders and Officers, and the 2025-2026 annual budget for Calvary Bible Church.
The 6:8 Project
May 1-4
During The 6:8 Project, we put faith into action with mercy and justice projects to make an impact in our communities and across the world. Sign up to pack meals to send to communities in need. Children of all ages are welcome to register with a parent. We'll also be collecting food for our community partner, EFAA. Learn more.

If your business or employer is interested in sending a team of employees to our Meal Packing event May 1-4, please email the name and contact info for your organization's team development leader to Kristen Reiner. The available slots are as follows: Friday May 2, 10am-12pm. Saturday May 3, 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm. Sunday May 4, 1pm-3pm. Children of all ages are welcome to register with a parent.

With your permission, we will be coming by your home (at a way too early time) to take your incoming 6th grade student to a surprise breakfast. We invite all high school seniors to be a part of the senior send off Sunday on May 18th by participating in our church services! Each student is invited to attend both services to have a strong representation of our seniors so the church can celebrate you well! Office Assistant: Boulder Campus Part-time
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support administrative operations at the Boulder Campus. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating our database, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors. Strong computer skills are essential, and familiarity with accounting is a plus. This is a part-time position, requiring 15–20 hours per week. To apply, please send resume to Charlene Greene.
