We are working towards becoming a trusted partner with Erie Middle School and Red Hawk Elementary School by encouraging and serving staff and students. Current service opportunities include helping a small group of struggling students to learn and grow in math and science. Volunteers may also help with Dad’s Breakfasts that happen throughout the year at both schools. Join us as we come alongside the schools in meeting the needs of the community.

Each winter season, volunteers and families are paired with a senior living in Erie who needs help with snow removal on their sidewalk and driveway. Volunteers commit to shoveling for the senior within 24 hours of every snowstorm with the goal of assisting, loving, and getting to know our neighbors.

Safe Families for Children is an organization that mobilizes the church to come alongside families going through a crisis by caring for children while the parents find themselves temporarily unable do so for reasons such as homelessness, incarceration, hospital stays, or treatment programs. We're seeking host families who are willing to open their homes to children to provide supplemental care and coaches who are willing to offer support while the parents get back on their feet. This is a beautiful way for the church to engage in Biblical hospitality which literally means, "to love and welcome the stranger.”
