Questions and answers
What is a HomeGroup?
The church is gathering together for weekend worship services in smaller gatherings called HomeGroups! They meet in-person or online to watch the sermon, discuss follow up questions, and pray. We encourage HomeGroups to gather on Saturdays or Sundays whenever possible. You and your group will decide together on the best time for group gatherings.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Calvary strongly encourages everyone to follow all safety and health guidelines provided by the state and counties.
What if I am uncomfortable meeting in person?
We know that not everyone will be able participate in in-person HomeGroups. We encourage everyone who is uncomfortable meeting in person to participate in an online HomeGroup. If you are unable to do this, contact Steph Gerthe, Director of Connections and she will help you remain connected during the next few months.
What if I am new to the church?
Our staff would love to meet you! Sign up for Coffee on Zoom to connect with Steph Gerthe, and check out our map of HomeGroups to find a group to begin worshipping with this weekend.

How will this impact my students?
HomeGroups are intended to be a place where students and parents are participating in discussion together. High school and middle school students will continue to gather weekly. Find out more on our students page.
