High School Fall Retreat 2024

Join us for Fall Retreat 2024 at Camp Timberline – In Estes Park, Colorado. This is always one of the highlights of the fall semester for the High School WNT community. It’s a weekend to connect with community through teaching, worship, small groups, and fun. There’s zip lining, a high ropes course, pickleball, rock climbing and more! We hope you will come and be a part of an amazing weekend!

The Granny Games
This year’s Fall Retreat will be the Granny Games. Get ready for Granny/Grandpa themed costume dodgeball, extreme bingo, pickleball tournament & more!

Cost

Cost $240 ($280 after Sept 19)

Packing List
Clothes for 3 Days, Warm Layers, Towel, Sunscreen, Toiletries, Bible, Pen, Water Bottle.
Optional Items: Games, Snacks, Money for Snack Shop, Extra Towel, hiking shoes, Granny/Grandpa dodgeball costume.

Drop off & Pick up
Drop off your student no later than 4:30pm at THE ERIE campus (615 Evans St. Erie, CO 80516). Dinner will be provided Friday night at Camp.

Pick up your student at about 12:30pm at THE ERIE campus (615 Evans St. Erie, CO 80516) on Sunday afternoon. We will have your student update you with a final ETA on Sunday.

Registration & Refund Policy
Registration Trip payments for Fall Retreat should be paid in full.

Refunds
Partial refunds of $140 are available for cancellations until two weeks before the trip. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within two weeks of the trip.
