For our spring break Ironman trip this year, WNT Boulder will be going to New York City to help out with a service organization called City Service Mission (CSM). CSM is in Brooklyn, NY and partners with various faith based service organizations in the city and provides a wide range of exposure to various ministries and diverse ethnic cultures. Their mission statement is “To provide an effective urban ministry experience that transforms lives, influences churches and communities, and honors Christ.”
New York is unique in that it offers an opportunity to go to the Nations without leaving the borders of our own country! Our desire for this trip is that it would help foster a heart for global missions and service within our students by engaging them in an intensive missional experience with a ministry that works justice and mercy among diverse ethnic groups within our Nation.
More info about CSM is available here.
