Ironman 2024

A Spring Break Trip for High School Students

One of our favorite things as a ministry each year is our Ironman trip. This year we are headed back to southern California for a week of community, hanging out on the beach, incredible worship and teaching and so much more!

We call this trip Ironman, not because we complete an actual Ironman, but we strive to make it a week of challenging and sharpening one another in our faith. As Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” We can’t wait to see how God will grow us and challenge us as we seek him this Spring Break. We hope you will join us!

REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN FOR BOULDER/THORNTON

Students will need to bring an addition $50-75 for some meals out during the week!

Please reach out to your campus student ministry leader if you would like to discuss the possibility of a partial scholarship. We don’t want the cost to keep students form participating in this incredible week!

Each year before Ironman we ask students & leaders to do a few things to intentionally spiritually prepare for the time we are going have together in California.

  • Read through John 14-17 three different times
  • 10 For 10
    • Spend 10 minutes over 10 days to be alone in the presence of God. During this time turn off your phone, find a quiet place, and focus on being with God rather than accomplishing/doing something. Here are some options for what do during this time:
      • Write out your prayers, process something difficult, spend time rewriting a favorite verse, process how you can slow down and let the Spirit speak to you.
  • Memorize John 15:1-17
  • Watch two videos and write down 2-3 takeaways or questions from each-
