FROM ERIE

• South on I-25 to Exit 216B
• Merge onto I-76 WEST
• Merge onto I-70 WEST
• Take Exit 260 to merge onto CO-470 EAST
• Continue on C-470 and exit at Hwy 285 SOUTH
• Follow Hwy 285 SOUTH into Johnson Village
• Turn RIGHT onto Hwy 24 WEST

FROM BOULDER:

• South on Broadway (Hwy 93) through Golden staying on Hwy 93 as it turns into US 6 (just stay on it going South) and enter onto C-470 South bound. 
• Continue on C-470 and exit at Hwy 285 SOUTH.
• Follow Hwy 285 SOUTH into Johnson Village.
• Turn RIGHT onto Hwy 24 WEST.

*If Hwy 285 Is Closed:  Follow I-70 WEST, exit Hwy 91 SOUTH. Once in Leadville, follow Hwy 24 EAST

WHEN ENTERING BUENA VISTA:

• Drive through town on Hwy 24 and turn LEFT at the stop light. This is County Road 306.
• Follow County Road 306 for 2.8 miles then turn RIGHT onto County Road 361 at the tan water tower.
• County Road 361 will come to a fork.  You must KEEP LEFT. You will now be on County Road 340.
• Stay STRAIGHT on County Road 340 B. It will turn into a dirt road underneath the Trail West gate.  This dirt road is Trail West Drive.
• Make a LEFT turn at the first fork and continue to follow Trail West Drive all the way up to the Lodge.

What should I expect at the Retreat? Solid biblical teaching, worship, a whole lot of fun, great food, gracious and friendly women in a relaxed and open atmosphere.

How far is Buena Vista? The drive will take approximately 2 hours 20 min from the church.

Will carpooling be available? Yes, just indicate your interest and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

When can I check-in? Beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday the 16th

Friday Night – HOW DID I END UP HERE?
During this session we will take a look – with unflinching honesty and a sense of humor – at the toll that daily life and relationships have taken on us.  All of the disappointment and difficulties we encounter can result in weakened faith, distorted hope, and diminished capacity to love and be loved.  We need a makeover – a makeover of the heart!

Saturday Morning – DARING TO TRUST AGAIN
Betrayal by a spouse, a child, a friend, can leaves us paralyzed with doubt about ourselves, others, and God.  In this session we will look at moving from doubt to daring to trust in the care, protection, and rescue of God.  When we see – not just with our eyes, but with our hearts – the face of the Father, we can offer others welcome, mercy, and kindness to others.

Saturday Night – RISKING TO HOPE AGAIN
Hope pulls us forward.  Hope is the fuel of desire for relationship with others and with God.  In this session we will consider the ABC’s of Hope – Accept, Be, Choose -- and how we can move from the prison of control into the passion of wild hope.

Sunday Morning – FALLING IN LOVE AGAIN
During this session we will consider again the Love that we’ve been looking for all our lives and how that Love can lead us into a life of love.  We will consider moving from living in a mad pursuit to get what we want to surrendering to a love life that reveals what we most deeply want – an intimate relationship with Jesus.
